Project Overview
This project, due to start shortly, is Bentley’s third project for JNP developments.
The scheme comprises the extension and conversion of an existing sailing club into twenty assisted living flats.
The building is being extended upwards and outwards, adding two storeys to the existing structure, one of which takes full advantage of the SIPS construction to create spacious rooms in the roof space.
