Project Overview

Having worked with the architect to develop the detailed design, Bentley SIPS were engaged by the main contractor, Deeks & Steere, to deliver a single storey gym and a separate, new club house.

Incorporating a range of exposed structural features, including steelwork to the gym and glulam beams to hospitality areas, quality of finish was key.

The method of construction contributes to the feeling of light and space in these single storey buildings. Using Kingspan TEK, insulation is in-built to take full advantage of the vaulted ceilings whilst maintaining excellent thermal performance.

Client: Les Lions Polo Club

Contractor: Deeks & Steere

“We are all very pleased with how it went despite the issues with a tight programme and inclement weather. The project is quite stunning and the Client is extremely happy with the outcome
