Project Overview
The client required a garden-office building to use all-year-round. Using Kingspan TEK™ for walls and roof, creating a super-insulated space that could be heated with just a small electric panel heater. Because the SIPS form a sealed ‘box’, a timber structure was added to create the overhang, providing a covered entrance and solar shading. As well as a home office, this is now occasionally used as a guest bedroom.
