Project Overview

Building on an island in the Thames with no vehicular access, Bentley SIPs provided a solution that could be delivered in smaller sections and easily unloaded from a barge. Erection teams accessed the site via a foot bridge. As the building is in a flood plain the building was raised on ‘stilts’ with the SIP-clad steel frame above. The result was a thermally efficient and very stylish home overlooking this exclusive stretch of the Thames.
