Project Overview
This substantial building is phase 2 of the facility on this site, providing specialist care for residents with severe disabilities resulting from brain injuries. As well as 16 en-suite bedrooms, there are communal lounges, dining and activity rooms and a therapy pool.
The TEK solution provided a quick build and superior thermal performance, giving the residents a consistently warm, insulated living space.
