Project Overview

Having worked for the college a few years ago, the Bentley team were thrilled to be invited back.

The building is located in the courtyard that links the Theatre with the David Rae Smith Building and containa three multi-use classrooms to the ground floor and staff offices to the first.

The building is constructed from a mix of modern and traditional methods. The steel frame is combined with brick and block cavity wall to the ground floor and SIPS panels clad in zinc standing seam to the first floor.

The steel frame was installed over the half term break to avoid cranes in the operational school and remaining works were completed in term-time.
