This project is for Vivid (previously First Wessex Homes). The scheme comprises the construction of 45 houses and flats at Forest Lodge Farm, Hythe. Bentley SIPS are providing the Kingspan TEK Structural shell element of the development. The homes are to be offered for affordable rent/shared ownership.
