Project Overview

This is a stunning development of two new, detached, 4-bed houses with open plan family areas.

Though traditional in appearance and proportions, the developers utilised Bentley SIPS expertise to create a thermally efficient structure with a trussed roof. This complemented the heating installation comprising under floor heating powered by air source heat pumps.

The structures for both houses were installed by Bentleys in under 5 weeks allowing following trades to progress quickly and get these beautiful properties to market.

The site was along a narrow lane with no through-access, however this wasn’t a problem for the installation team as the whole structure was delivered on smaller, rigid lorries.
