Project Overview
This commercial development, in a high street location, comprised the construction of a three-storey block of residential flats with a commercial ground floor. Using the Kingspan TEK Building System™ we were able to make efficient use of the roof, creating more rooms and nett-lettable space and balconies to the rear.
