The two-storey building provides Perins with 8 new classrooms of a flexible layout design. Some room sizes can be increased or decreased to meet the changing need of modern teaching practices. The new building meets the latest environmental rating requirements for sustainable buildings. Incorporating: air-source heat pumps, energy-efficient lighting and high specification insulation from the Kingspan TEK structural shell.
