Full warranties and approvals
One of the many reasons that Bentley SIP Systems only use the Kingspan TEK™ Building System is that we know the product has been extensively, independently tested by the British Board of Agrément (BBA) for compliance with building regulations including strength, thermal and acoustic performance.
Under the BBA certification, it is pre-approved for structural use up-to 4 storeys and can be used further with structural engineer design and approval. It is also pre-verified for Building Control as a LABC Registered Detail.
An established technology that has been used for decades, it comes with a 20 year material warranty for domestic settings (10 years for commercial), has a minimum 60-year designed life span and is recognised by all major warranty providers (including NHBC, Building Life Plans, and Build Zone).
