Project Overview
This new development of three, contemporary 4-bed houses is the second project by Bentleys for Duaris Ltd.
Though originally quoted ‘pre-covid’ and the subsequent price rises, our existing relationship enabled us to work in an open-book manner to keep costs viable whilst still incorporating a warm SIPS roof structure with high-quality living spaces and enhancing the development’s eco-credentials.
This enhancement, along with zone-controlled heating and electric car charging points incorporated, has also increased the resale value and two out of the three sold off-plan.
